㈜엔모션 (EVOA) 개인정보 처리방침

엔모션은 고객님의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률을 준수하고 있습니다. 개인정보취급방침을 통하여 고객님께서 제공하시는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며, 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려 드립니다.

- 본 방침은 : 2021년 11월 01일부터 시행됩니다.

엔모션은 개인정보 보호법 제32조에 따라 등록․공개하는 개인정보파일의 처리목적은 다음과 같습니다

• 1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목- 개인정보 수집항목 : 회사명, 이메일, 휴대전화번호, 이름
• 2. 개인정보 수집방법 : 홈페이지 내 고객문의 작성 페이지를 통해 개인정보를 수집
• 3. 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적 : 수집한 개인정보는 고객문의 내역에 대한 업무 진행 목적으로만 활용
• 4. 개인정보 수집 보존 항목 및 기간

o  ① 보존 항목 : 개인정보 수집항목 전체

o  ② 보존근거 : 고객문의 보존 연한

o  ③ 보존 기간 : 3년

• 5. 개인정보의 공유 및 제 3자 제공- 엔모션은 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않으며, 정보주체의동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 개인정보 보호법 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.
• 6. 개인정보의 파기절차- 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 DB상 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 이용하여 삭제합니다.
• 7. 개인정보 수집 운영 및 거부에 관한 사항- 엔모션은 정보주체의 이용정보를 수시로 불러오는 ‘쿠키’를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만, 개인정보의 미제공 (수집운영 거부) 시에는 엔모션의 원활한 서비스(사업)제공이 불가할 수 있습니다.

  엔모션은 EVOA 앱의 개발사로서 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

• 9. 개인정보 처리방침 변경- 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용됩니다. 개인정보처리방침이 법령 및 내부방침에따른 변경으로 추가,삭제 및 그 내용에 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지됩니다.
• 10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보- 엔모션은 개인정보보호법 제29조에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 관리적 및물리적 조치를 시행하고 있습니다.

o  ① 개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 교육 : 엔모션은 개인정보를 취급하는 직원을 지정하여 최소화하고 개인정보보호교육을 실시하는 등의 관리대책을 시행하고 있습니다.

o  ② 내부관리계획의 수립 및 시행 : 엔모션은 정보 주체가 제공한 개인정보의 유출 및 훼손을 막기 위하여 개인정보의 서면화를 지양하고 주기적인 점검을 통해 외부로의 유출을 차단하고 있습니다.

Nmotion Co., Ltd values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect your information when you use our EVOA app. 

This Privacy Policy applies to the EVOA mobile/tablet application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, as well as the Nmotion website at www.nmotion.co.kr

1.        Information We Collect

For Users in the United States:

We collect only the following information through the EVOA App: 

-              Electric Vehicle (EV) raw data through Bluetooth communication for analysis and reporting

-              User registration (e.g. email, username and password)

-              Device model, operating system, and app usage data for improving server reliability and performance.

For Users in South Korea 

In addition to the above, we collect: 

-              Phone numbers provided by users for customer support purposes.

Note: We do not collect GPS location data or personal details.

2.        How We Collect Data

-              Collected via Bluetooth when the app is actively connected to the EV.

-              Device and Usage data are automatically collected for improving service performance.

3.        Purpose of Data Collection and Use

The collected information is used for the following purposes: 

-              Analyzing raw EV data to provide easy-to-understand reports for users 

-              Sending data to our secure server for processing and generating performance reports 

-              Enhancing app performance and ensuring a reliable user experience

4.        Data Retention and Storage 

-              EV Data and Device Information: Retained for as long as necessary to provide our services 

-              Phone Numbers (S.Korea only): Stored for 3 years for customer support purposes 

-              Data is securely deleted after the retention period unless other required by law

5.        Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information 

Nmotion does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal information may be shared only in the following situations: 

-              With your explicit consent 

-              When required by law (e.g., legal requests, regulatory requirements)

6.        Data Deletion Request 

Users can request to delete their data at any time by contacting us at:
